WHAT TYPE OF CHURCH ARE YOU?
We are an independent, fundamental, Baptist church. You may also review our statement of faith for more information.
Our services start with several songs that everyone sings. You will also hear solos, ensembles, quartets, etc. depending on the occasion. This is followed by a helpful, challenging message delivered by our Pastor, Jim Moyer . The whole service is a just over an hour long.
There is no dress code here at Central Baptist. However, most of our staff and workers dress in "traditional" Sunday attire.
WHERE CAN MY CHILDREN GO?
Where do I take my children?
We have a nursery available for infants and toddlers. We have friendly and trained workers that run our nursery. They will notify you if an issue arises, and you can always check in on them if needed.
For younger children up to 5th grade, we have a class available at 11AM. It is catered to younger children and is filled with games, songs, and a Bible lesson.
TEENS
We currently have several teens in the church and will be starting activities for all teens soon!
FELLOWSHIP
We have many opportunities for fellowship. Including but certainly not limited too: monthly "Singspiration" and fellowship/potluck that follows; a early summer trap shooting tournament; Thanksgiving dinner with an old west theme; Christmas parties, and many other times of fun and fellowship.
HOW DO I GET A RIDE TO CHURCH?
Simply contact the church using email or telephone, and leave a message and we will arrange for the church van to pick you up. If that does not work, we can have someone from the church pick you up.
